Release 1.73.6
Release Notes - Seatmap Platform
Version 1.73.6 - 2026-09-16
Release Focus: General admission sections respond to clicks at every zoom level again, and disableCartInteractions: true stays in effect after an event loads. Delivered as a patch on top of the 1.73 line.
What’s Fixed
GA sections respond to clicks at every zoom level
At seat-level zoom a click on a general admission section fires onSectionClick again, and the section responds to hover. GA sections had ignored the pointer at that zoom since 1.72.0.
visibilitySettings.outlines and outlineVisibility decide only whether a GA outline is drawn, not whether it can be clicked. Seated sections and tables are unchanged.
Issue: SEAT-1306.
disableCartInteractions stays in effect after an event loads
disableCartInteractions: true stays in effect after loadEvent, which used to reset it to false. With the setting on, a click on a GA section or a priced table selects the section and fires onSectorClick and onSectionClick, and the cart stays as it was.
Without the setting, a click adds one ticket for a GA section, or removes the section if it is already in the cart, and onCartChange reports the change. If an event fails to load, clicks on a map that is already on screen still update the cart.
Issue: SEAT-1309.
Affected products
booking-client— GA sections are clickable at every zoom level, andloadEventno longer resetsdisableCartInteractions.
Upgrade
No API, configuration or database changes.
An integration that sets GA quantities with addGaToCart should set disableCartInteractions: true, so a click on the map leaves those quantities alone. An override of visibilitySettings.outlines.selectable added only to keep GA sections clickable can be removed.
